We are so excited to share American Cancer Society’s The Midwestern with ya’ll on
June 10th 2017 @ 6PM
The American Cancer Society is the largest private, not-for-profit funder of cancer research, investing more than $4 billion since 1946 and contributing more than $11.5 million each year. Thanks in part to your contributions, cancer-related deaths have declined by 20 percent since the early 1990’s, saving more than 1.3 million lives in the United States. Every dollar you raise tonight through The Midwestern – Kansas City’s Cattle Baron’s Ball helps the American Cancer Society Finish the Fight against cancer. The money raised will help people stay well, help people get well, find cures, and fight back.
The Municipal Auditorium in Kansas City, Missouri was built in 1934. The Exhibit Hall, where the event will be held, is the level underneath the auditorium. Guests may enter through the Municipal Auditorium’s Grand Foyer and then take the stairs downstairs, or from the Auditorium Plaza Garage (fee applies) by way of the underground walkway, where you will end up right at the entrance to the Exhibit Hall.
We’re going to have a rip roaring time dancing to some great live music on the dance floor! Bring your dancing shoes or boots!
